About Me

I’m a Food Anthropologist studying how food is medicine for community. My journey is windy and started with teaching dance, then English, studying International Relations, serving a public health study, returning to grad school in Linguistics, training to become a bellydancer, then legal assistant, writer, found artist, Bollywood dance choreographer, college professor, instructional designer for the U.N., fashion designer, DJ, lingerie designer, organic farmer, permaculture designer, and now food study researcher. Every turn has been worthwhile and now I’d like to share it here with you. Welcome to Farm to Turn Table.
